By using atelier-reel.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, which are governed by Swedish law.
We may update them from time to time; the effective date above shows the most recent version.
2. Ordering and payment
- All prices include Swedish VAT where applicable.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes not covered by us. - Orders are confirmed once payment is processed via Stripe or another secure provider. We never store full card details.
- We may decline or cancel an order—for example, if an item is unavailable or a transaction appears fraudulent. You will not be charged in that case.
Need to update an order?
Email hello@atelier-reel.com within 12 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to adjust it before shipping.
3. Shipping and delivery
- We ship worldwide using carriers such as PostNord, DHL, UPS, and local postal services.
- Depending on the chosen delivery method, you’ll receive tracking details once your order leaves the studio.
We also offer affordable airmail options without tracking to keep costs low for you as a buyer. - Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Risk passes to you upon confirmed delivery.
Please inspect your parcel promptly and contact us if anything arrives damaged or incomplete.
4. Returns and refunds
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law. To qualify:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Refunds are processed within seven business days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted on a reasonable best-effort basis under equivalent principles.
If you selected an untracked airmail shipping option, please note that lost parcels cannot be refunded once dispatched, as these services do not include delivery confirmation or insurance. Tracked shipping is recommended for valuable or time-sensitive orders.
5. Product information
We take great care to describe each product accurately — including its materials, dimensions, and colour.
Minor variations may occur due to handcrafted production and screen differences.
Designs and specifications may be refined over time without prior notice.
All Atelier Reel objects are 3D-printed layer by layer, a process that creates a subtle surface texture and may leave small aesthetic marks. These details are part of the making process and do not affect functionality or quality.
Colour tones may vary slightly depending on screen calibration and lighting, though we aim to represent them as true-to-life as possible.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product designs, photography, text, graphics, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Atelier Reel and protected under Swedish and international copyright law.
Each Atelier Reel object is an original creation, designed and developed in our studio.
Our 3D-printed designs, product names, and visual identity may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or sold without prior written consent.
Limited use of our materials (such as press images or excerpts of text) is permitted only with explicit written approval and proper credit to Atelier Reel.
7. Limitation of liability
We take every reasonable step to ensure our products and services meet high quality standards.
However, Atelier Reel cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as postal disruptions or natural events).
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.

We believe in safeguarding your privacy. Our site uses minimal cookies in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR requirements:

10. Etsy purchases
Some Atelier Reel products are also available through our Etsy shop at theatelierreel.etsy.com.
When you purchase via Etsy, the transaction, payment processing, and data handling are governed by Etsy’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, not ours.

Orders placed directly on atelier-reel.com are processed independently and often at a lower total cost, as no third-party marketplace fees apply.
